What to expect

Month one

Baseline audits, tracking checks, keyword strategy and the most important technical fixes. Updates and monitoring start straight away.

Every month after

Updates and security checks, development work from your list, on-page improvements, content guidance and authority building.

Monthly report

What we did, what we found, and the priorities for next month, so you always know where your hours went.

Scope & terms

What's not included
  • Hosting, paid plugins, third-party SEO software and external fees.
  • Paid advertising budgets, purchased media placements or paid links.
  • Large redesigns, major migrations or custom software builds (quoted separately).
  • Unlimited article writing or design assets. Substantial original copywriting is quoted separately unless agreed.
  • The SEO-only plan doesn't include general maintenance, hosting support or malware cleanup.
Development hours

Monthly hours cover approved development and troubleshooting tasks. Unused hours don't roll over. Any larger out-of-scope work is estimated and approved by you before we start.

Uptime and data purging

Automated 24/7 uptime monitoring alerts us when the site goes down. It isn't 24/7 human support or a promise of uninterrupted uptime. Data purging (old revisions, expired temporary records) runs only on Growth and Hybrid, always after a backup and a review.

SEO results

SEO is a long-term investment. Rankings, traffic and lead volume can't be guaranteed because search results depend on competition and search engine changes. We use ethical link building only, with no paid links.

Access we'll need

WordPress admin, Google Search Console and GA4 (shared by invite), plus hosting or SEO tools where needed. We already hold most of this from the rebuild, so we'll only ask for anything missing.
